Women@Work understands that the women of today value flexibility when it comes to their lives and careers. If you have recently taken a career hiatus and are looking to re-enter the workforce, the Women@Work Returnship Program is the perfect launch pad for you. We work with leading UAE and global businesses who have established strong diversity and inclusion practices as part of their recruitment strategies.

Women@Work has pioneered Returnship programs in the region and have been running successful programs since 2017. Returnships are 12 – 16 week strategic projects within businesses which offer support, mentorship, networking and fantastic opportunities to regain your confidence; all whilst showcasing your skills and experience.

Whilst there is no guarantee of a permanent role at the end of the Returnship, we have found that over 70% of our returnees have gained permanent employment through our program.
