The 12 – 16 week program provides the perfect opportunity for both candidates and employers to ‘get to know each other’. The program aligns a highly skilled candidate with a business that has a strategic project to be delivered. Although there is no obligation to hire, we have found that over the course of the program 70% of businesses choose to hire our candidates into permanent positions.
