Sarah is a Chartered Occupational Psychologist with over 16 years’ worth of international experience. She is passionate about supporting others to maximize their potential and identify their strengths, increase self-awareness and take their leadership capabilities and career pathways to the next level and beyond. This is done by exploring a client’s personal and professional values systems to increase their understanding of what drives behaviour and provide them with practical tools and techniques to align their goals and actions to their preferred future.
Sarah also has extensive experience working with individuals, teams and organisations in a range of cultures and industries. She can use a range of experiential learning and evidence-based techniques, drawn from the fields of cognitive psychology, mindfulness and neuroscience to create impactful and meaningful change.
